WhatsApp Isn’t As Safe As You Think. . .
The notorious WhatsApp has made a huge name in the app store. Everyone is using for different reasons. It is very popular among friends for group chats, but mostly used for business relationships in the various countries.. WhatsApp has been excellent for people in the business world. Although there are perks to this messaging app, there are also some serious flaws. There are security threats that every user should know before downloading.
Spying On Conversations
There have been several cases in the past and still some cases recently where conversations have been spied on. There are a few ways that hackers can get through privacy settings. Although WhatsApp has put more security on its walls, there are still ways to get through and are still reports of spying.
There have been several accounts this past year of users sending links to what they thought was a WhatsApp invitation link, turning into malware. Malware is a nasty software that is malicious to your computer and phones. Malware can steal personal information and slow down your computer. WhatsApp says they’re tracking it, but I would still be careful when using the app.
Series of complaints have risen from collapsed messages. Hit messages are always mysterious because, once again, it could be someone spying on your conversation. WhatsApp shouldn’t be trusted with dangerous information. Regarding group chats with friends, perhaps. It shouldn’t be used for business.
